Job Description

  • 工場における採用業務全般（中途採用・採用企画・面接対応など）
  • 人材開発（研修企画、育成プログラムの運用・改善）
  • 現場マネジメントとの連携による人材戦略の実行
  • HRオペレーション全般のサポート（入退社、労務連携など）
  • 組織課題の特定および改善施策の企画・推進

The Successful Applicant

  • 人事経験（採用または人材開発のいずれか、または両方）
  • 工場・製造業でのHR経験があれば尚可
  • 現場と連携しながら業務推進できるコミュニケーション力
  • 主体的に課題解決できる方
  • 日本語・英語力ともにビジネスレベル
