Job Description

* M&Aアドバイザリー業務（FA）におけるエグゼキューション全般

* クライアントとのFA契約締結および案件推進

* バリュエーション、ストラクチャリング、交渉支援

* M&A案件の発掘・提案（オリジネーション）

* クロスボーダー案件を含むプロジェクトマネジメント

The Successful Applicant

* M&Aアドバイザリー（FA）実務経験（目安3年以上）

* または金融機関／事業会社における実務経験

* 高い財務分析力・ドキュメンテーション力

* クライアント折衝力・プロジェクト推進力

* 英語力：ビジネスレベル

* 海外経験歓迎
