Job Description

  • 各国のパートナーの発掘・進出国での事業開発M＆A対象となる譲渡企業のリサーチ・分析
  • M＆A対象となる譲渡企業の発掘、情報収集分析
  • 譲受企業に向けた、M＆A案件提案書の作成、提案、アプローチ
  • 海外パートナー企業、譲受企業との折衝など、クロージングまでの一連の業務
  • アジア、オセアニア、ヨーロッパ地域の各パートナー企業とのやり取り、関係性構築
