About Our Client

Our client is a leading technology-driven e-commerce organization operating large-scale logistics and fulfillment networks across Japan. The team develops and maintains critical applications that support transportation management, warehouse operations, and delivery workflows.

Job Description

  • Lead frontend development for transportation management web applications
  • Develop and enhance mobile frontend applications used across logistics operations
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to deliver integrated solutions
  • Analyze and improve existing codebases for maintainability and performance
  • Optimize application performance and improve user experience
  • Conduct code reviews and participate in testing activities
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to development initiatives
  • Contribute to system enhancements supporting transportation and last-mile delivery operations



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of application development experience using Java
  • Hands-on experience developing applications with React
  • Strong ability to understand, analyze, and work with existing codebases
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional engineering teams
  • Ability to independently drive tasks and proactively solve problems
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment
  • Business-level English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC 800+)
  • Japanese language skills are not required
