Our client is a large, global technology company operating a sophisticated digital advertising and affiliate platform. With distributed engineering teams across Asia, they deliver data-driven solutions that connect advertisers and publishers at scale.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and efficient implementations
  • Lead system architecture design, including middleware selection and microservices integration
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, build, release, and operations
  • Monitor system performance, identify root causes of issues, and drive proactive improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance system performance and development efficiency



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in Java development within microservices architectures
  • Strong expertise in RESTful API development and OpenAPI specifications
  • Solid understanding of ORM frameworks and database schema design
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex query handling
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit)
  • Proven ability to design system architectures and evaluate OSS solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Business-level English proficiency

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (especially GCP)
  • Knowledge of performance tuning across infrastructure, OS, DB, and applications
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
  • Exposure to frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, or Next.js
