  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable Java backend services aligned with business priorities

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience in Java backend development, with a strong track record of building and scaling robust systems
  • Experience designing and operating high‑traffic services, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Ability to lead technical decisions, drive architecture discussions, and mentor other engineers
  • A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with the ability to deliver results in fast‑paced, business‑driven environments
