Job Description

  • Collaborate with PDM, PJM, and stakeholders for specification understanding.
  • Clarify functional/non-functional requirements and offer alternative solutions.
  • Lead backend development teams, ensuring coding standards and design reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and introduce CI/CD, test automations, and DevOps.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of backend development experience with Java, SpringBoot Framework.
  • Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining high-traffic web products.
  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end development technologies.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, motivation to learn new technologies, and English proficiency.
