Job Description

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise‑scale internal applications using Python, with Pandas and NumPy strictly required for data processing and analysis
  • Build and support full‑stack solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks alongside Python‑based backend services
  • Translate complex business and data requirements into clear, reliable, and scalable technical implementations in an agile/Scrum environment
  • Ensure high code quality and system reliability through automated testing, code reviews, and clear technical documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in Python, with Pandas and NumPy as core, hands‑on requirements for data processing and analysis
  • Proven full‑stack engineering background, able to deliver maintainable solutions from backend logic to frontend interfaces
  • Self‑driven and analytical, with the ability to understand business context and translate requirements into effective technical outcomes
  • Comfortable working in an agile, collaborative environment, communicating clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate in English or Japanese
