This is a senior-level opportunity to lead the design and development of scalable, customer-facing applications across web and mobile platforms. You will bridge front-end and back-end systems while mentoring engineers and shaping best practices in a high-impact environment.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain front-end (React.js, React Native) and back-end (Spring Boot, Java, Redis) components
  • Build reusable components and scalable front-end libraries
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, production-ready code
  • Architect system structures, APIs, and database schemas for performance and scalability
  • Optimize application performance across devices, browsers, and environments
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and designers to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Drive best practices in development and provide mentorship to junior engineers
  • Manage integrations, APIs, and system environments to ensure reliability



The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10 years of experience in front-end or full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Solid experience with React.js and React Native
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot (Java) and Redis
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authentication (e.g., JWT)
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, MobX)
  • Proficient with Git or similar version control systems
  • Strong problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Business-level English or above

Preferred:

  • Experience with GraphQL or Node.js
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Contribution to open-source or active GitHub presence
