Our client is a large, global technology company operating a sophisticated advertising and performance marketing platform. With distributed engineering teams across Asia, they leverage data-driven solutions to connect advertisers and publishers at scale.

Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end frontend development lifecycle: requirements analysis, UI collaboration, development, testing, deployment, and operations
  • Build and maintain scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications
  • Translate business requirements and design mockups into responsive, accessible frontend code
  • Develop complex UI components using modern frameworks (React preferred)
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and maintainability
  • Troubleshoot frontend issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and quality improvements
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers in a global setup



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of frontend-focused web application development experience
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Next.js)
  • Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
  • Understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and scalable UI practices
  • Familiarity with open-source tools and integration approaches
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Business-level English proficiency

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Figma or similar prototyping tools
  • Exposure to Docker or containerized environments
  • Basic backend knowledge (e.g., Java or Python)
  • Knowledge of browser rendering, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
  • Experience contributing from requirements definition stage
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
