Job Description

  • Support business units with platform implementation
  • Respond to inquiries and understand requirements
  • Create and improve FAQs and documentation
  • Organize and prioritize requests and issues
  • Collaborate with development teams and propose specification improvements
  • Share success cases and promote broader adoption
  • Conduct user satisfaction surveys (questionnaires and interviews)
  • Communicate new features and updates
  • Create JIRA tickets, meeting minutes, and manage progress
  • Proactively drive issues from identification to resolution
