Job Description

  • Lead application development and technical decision-making for proprietary financial technology products.
  • Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to engineering team members.
  • Drive agile development practices, improve team processes, and support rapid experimentation from PoC to production.
  • Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong hands-on software development background with experience leading engineering initiatives.
  • Proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, Java, Go, C#, C++, Kotlin, or Rust.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Professional English communication skills and eligibility to work in Japan.
