Job Description

  • Plan, develop, and maintain CRM and related business systems.
  • Identify operational challenges and design practical solutions using IT and AI technologies.
  • Manage vendors, support end users, facilitate stakeholder communication, and maintain documentation and best practices.
  • Conduct user training and promote system adoption across teams.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Several years of experience as a Software Engineer or System Engineer.
  • Experience administering or developing CRM platforms.
  • Working knowledge of technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, Java, Python, PHP, or related tools.
  • Strong interest in solving business challenges through technology.
  • Professional-level English communication skills and practical Japanese proficiency.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and collaboration.
