Job Description

  • Develop and maintain Python-based APIs supporting large-scale data transfer services
  • Build API integrations for distributed storage platforms (e.g., cloud storage and streaming systems)
  • Enhance system reliability, scalability, and high-availability architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient data workflows
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and adopt DevOps best practices
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to engineering standards
  • Support ongoing improvements to internal data infrastructure and developer experience



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in Python development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF)
  • Solid Linux environment experience
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle best practices (testing, reviews, coding standards)
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Business-level English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with high-availability system design
  • Knowledge of distributed storage (e.g., Hadoop, GCS, S3)
  • Experience with streaming/messaging systems (Kafka, Pulsar)
  • Monitoring experience (Grafana, Prometheus)
  • Exposure to Java or Go
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, GKE)
