Our client is a large-scale technology-driven organization operating across multiple industries including e-commerce, fintech, and digital services. They are investing heavily in next-generation AI platforms to transform customer experience and operational efficiency at scale.

Job Description

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks from scratch
  • Create, execute, and maintain automated test cases using Python, Selenium, and Playwright
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality into CI/CD pipelines
  • Define QA processes, best practices, and metrics across projects
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive continuous quality improvement
  • Participate in code reviews, test planning, and estimation activities
  • Advocate for testability in system design and influence automation strategy
  • Support large-scale AI platform rollouts across multiple business domains



The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of experience in software testing with strong knowledge of QA methodologies and lifecycle
  • Proven hands-on experience building and enhancing automation frameworks
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Expertise with Selenium, Playwright, and modern automation toolsets
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Business-level English and Japanese proficiency

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI/ML testing scenarios
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
  • Experience in performance or security testing
  • Knowledge of Docker and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
