Job Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using modern full-stack technologies and cloud platforms.
  • Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing, code reviews, and best practices like test-driven development.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring to support reliable deployments.
  • Create and communicate technical designs while applying Agile methodologies and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering (java)
  • Proven leadership experience, including guiding engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical decision-making.
  • Strong expertise in modern development practices such as Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high coding standards, lead code reviews, and implement robust testing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively in a remote environme
