Job Description

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design scalable system architectures.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain applications using Java (Spring Boot/Batch), databases, and cloud/big data technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality standards, perform testing, and manage deployment and post-release monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive continuous improvements, optimize systems, and adopt emerging technologies including AI tools.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong skills in system design, coding, and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Java (Spring Boot/Batch), databases (MySQL, MongoDB), and modern development tools and frameworks.
  • Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments with a proactive, self-driven mindset and strong ownership of tasks.
  • Effective communicator and team player, capable of collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams while adapting to new technologies including AI tools.
