This role is responsible for owning the end‑to‑end UI/UX of a B2B web analytics product.You will work across product strategy, design, and data to deliver meaningful user value.

The client operates a B2B web‑based SaaS product focused on advanced data analytics and visualisation.

They emphasise user experience that enables both technical and non‑technical users to make better business decisions, with strong ongoing investment in product improvement.

Job Description

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product's UI/UX
  • Translate complex data and analytics requirements into intuitive user experiences
  • Design and validate wireframes, high‑fidelity mock‑ups, and interactive prototypes
  • Use AI‑assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, testing, and iteration
  • Partner closely with engineers to ensure scalable and high‑quality implementation
  • Create PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with strong UX intent
  • Analyse usage data and KPIs to drive continuous UX optimisation
  • Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
  • Ensure accessibility, data privacy, and localisation requirements are met
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with UX and analytics trends

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working on enterprise SaaS products with 5,000+ MAUs
  • 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of user‑facing features
  • Ability to independently design and prototype modern web interfaces
  • Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted design or development tools
  • Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and WCAG standards
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g. GA, Amplitude)
  • Experience supporting multi‑language and global products
  • Business‑level proficiency in both Japanese and English
