Job Description

  • Maintain high availability and performance of ServiceNow applications across regions
  • Support design, development, and enhancement of IRM and TPRM solutions
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to meet risk and compliance requirements
  • Build dashboards, KRI/KPI reporting, and executive-level analytics
  • Develop integrations with upstream and downstream systems via APIs and data pipelines
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and enhancement deployment
  • Provide user support and training across risk management functions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of platform processes and service delivery



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development, administration, or support experience
  • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge (e.g., Script Includes, GlideAjax, Business Rules, UI Policies)
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, workflows, notifications, reporting, and access controls
  • Experience with upgrades, maintenance, update sets, and data migrations
  • Understanding of release and change management processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
  • Self-motivated, quality-driven, and eager to learn
  • Professional working proficiency in both Japanese and English

Preferred:

  • Experience with IRM, TPRM, or broader GRC frameworks
  • ServiceNow certification (e.g., CIS)
  • Knowledge of frameworks like SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting, risk analytics, and user adoption initiatives
  • Familiarity with Linux/Windows environments
