Job Description

  • Lead and contribute to QA activities including test planning, analysis, execution, defect management, and reporting.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and test scripts.
  • Perform functional and non-functional testing for web applications and distributed systems.
  • Validate microservices-based architectures and ensure high levels of system reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and international stakeholder teams to improve product quality.
  • Participate in technical reviews, discussions, and quality initiatives across global teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of testing practices and release quality.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in software QA, including functional and non-functional testing of web applications.
  • 3+ years of experience testing microservices-based systems.
  • 2+ years of automation testing experience with proven framework design capabilities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve blockers.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Business-level English communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or Event Hubs.
  • Knowledge of gRPC and GraphQL.
  • Experience working with ElasticSearch, OpenSearch, MySQL, Cassandra, Redis, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Cucumber.
  • Programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.
  • Ability to manage testing activities throughout the entire software testing lifecycle.
  • ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
  • Experience with performance testing and monitoring tools such as Gatling or Grafana.
