Job Description

  • Lead and contribute to QA activities including test planning, test analysis, execution, reporting, and defect management
  • Design, build, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and test scripts
  • Perform functional and non-functional testing for web-based applications and microservices
  • Collaborate with international engineering teams through reviews, discussions, and quality initiatives
  • Identify risks early and help prevent production incidents through comprehensive testing strategies
  • Support continuous improvement of testing processes and automation coverage
  • Participate in end-to-end testing lifecycle activities, from requirements analysis through final sign-off
  • Contribute to delivery quality across complex, high-transaction systems



The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of experience in functional and non-functional testing of web applications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience testing microservices-based architectures
  • 2+ years of automation testing experience, including framework design and implementation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to learn quickly in complex environments
  • Business-level English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with message queues and event-driven systems such as Kafka or Event Hubs
  • Familiarity with gRPC and GraphQL
  • Experience working with databases and platforms including MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Cassandra
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Cucumber
  • Programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Golang
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins
  • Knowledge of performance testing and monitoring tools such as Gatling and Grafana
  • ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications
