Job Description

  • Design and build scalable internal platforms to support fast, high-quality software delivery.
  • Integrate and automate developer workflows using CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, improve developer experience, and drive platform adoption.
  • Continuously optimize system reliability, performance, and security while contributing to technical strategy and architecture decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, platform, or software engineering with strong infrastructure and tooling expertise.
  • Proven ability to design and maintain developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive improvements and support cross-functional teams.
