Job Description

  • 社内エンドユーザー向けITサポート全般の対応
  • WindowsやMicrosoft 365などのソフトウェアの導入・運用・保守
  • PC・モバイル・プリンターなどハードウェアの設置・管理
  • システムトラブルの対応および問い合わせ対応
  • システム更改や移行プロジェクトのサポート

The Successful Applicant

  • 3年以上のテクニカルサポート/ITサポート関連経験
  • 基本的なスクリプト作成経験
  • エンドユーザー向けIT環境（ハード・ソフト）の基礎知識
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力​
