Job Description

  • Own end‑to‑end onboarding for complex platform products, ensuring smooth and timely client activation
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, handling client inquiries and issue escalation
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to resolve challenges and improve adoption
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and improve onboarding and support processes through automation
  • Build trusted client relationships and contribute feedback to product and ecosystem growth

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or a related technical field
  • 5-8 years of experience in a technical, customer‑facing role (Technical CSM, TAM, Technical Support, etc.), preferably in SaaS or platform businesses
  • Proven experience onboarding clients to complex technical platforms and supporting post‑go‑live operations
  • Strong ability to understand technical systems quickly and act as the main technical contact for clients
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, and business teams
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment
  • Business Japanese and business‑level English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
