Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end development of large‑scale electronic payment systems from requirements to release
  • Define requirements, create WBS, and manage schedules, budget, and resources
  • Coordinate closely with business, product, and multiple engineering teams
  • Monitor progress, risks, and quality, and report status to stakeholders
  • Drive team performance while ensuring high‑quality, stable system delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Lead in software development projects
  • Strong hands-on experience with requirements definition, WBS creation, schedule, cost, and risk management
  • Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional engineering teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of software quality management and delivery in enterprise systems
  • Native-level Japanese communication skills; experience in financial or payment systems is a strong plus
