Job Description

  • Lead front-end architecture design from scratch (component design, state management, design systems, performanceoptimization,CDN)
  • Develop, test, and deliver new user-facing features for a large-scale e-commerce platform
  • Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to bridge business, design, and technical requirements
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for long-term scalability
  • Optimize front-end performance, especially under high-load conditions
  • Conduct system improvements including refactoring, architecture enhancements, and technology adoption
  • Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and lead incident resolution
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing (unit, integration, E2E), and best practices
  • Drive technical decisions and promote impactful solutions across teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • 5+ years of experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript
  • Proven ability to design front-end architecture from scratch (component-based design, state management, UX, performance optimization)
  • Strong experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright, WDIO) including unit, integration, and E2E testing
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and CORS
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous and parallel processing (e.g., Promise, WebWorkers, WebSockets)
  • Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive execution
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., modern coding assistants, automation tools) to improve development processes
  • Business-level English proficiency

Preferred:

  • Experience as a Tech Lead in high-traffic web systems
  • Experience managing medium-to-large scale projects
  • Agile development experience
  • Knowledge of linting tools and public cloud platforms (e.g., GCP)
