Job Description

  • Lead cross‑functional development and DX projects by defining requirements, managing milestones, risks, and dependencies from planning through delivery.
  • Coordinate daily with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, progress, and timely execution.
  • Drive project structure and visibility through status tracking, issue management, and clear reporting.
  • Work in a truly international environment, collaborating with both Japanese and global teams using Japanese and English.
  • Support continuous improvement of systems and processes across multiple platforms and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, product management, or a closely related delivery role within software or systems development.
  • Proven ability to define requirements, manage schedules, risks, and dependencies, and drive projects through execution and release.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, able to operate confidently in an international environment using Japanese and/or English.
  • Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a structured, complex, and fast‑paced environment.
