Job Description

  • Lead backend architecture, system design, and technical decision-making for large-scale, high‑traffic web services.
  • Develop, test, release, and operate backend features using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and related technologies.
  • Drive project execution by guiding engineers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring high‑quality, on‑schedule delivery.
  • Manage service operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting in production, and responding to user or merchant inquiries.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 5+ years of technical lead experience, including architecture design for high‑traffic web systems and making complex technical decisions.
  • Brings 5+ years of hands-on backend development using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, along with strong skills in testing and code review.
  • Possesses 5+ years of experience working with relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, Linux-based environments, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills in English and a proven ability to lead projects, guide engineers, and drive high‑quality delivery in fast-paced environments
