Job Description

  • Lead design, development, testing, and release of front-end features for large-scale web systems
  • Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, performant, and maintainable code
  • Define front-end architecture, including component design, state management, and performance optimization
  • Drive system improvements (refactoring, architecture enhancements, performance tuning)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including designers, backend engineers, and business teams
  • Own service monitoring, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
  • Deliver features with speed and quality while managing complex technical decisions
  • Build reusable components and libraries to support long-term scalability



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Strong experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript
  • Experience designing scalable front-end architectures from scratch
  • Proven technical leadership experience in high-traffic web environments
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization, UX, and modern front-end practices
  • Experience in testing (unit, integration, E2E) and related frameworks (e.g., Jest)
  • Knowledge of Web APIs (REST, JSON, CORS) and asynchronous processing
  • Experience with Linux environments and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins)
  • Business-level English communication skills
