Job Description

  • Design and develop high-quality iOS applications using Swift
  • Improve overall UI/UX for better usability and performance
  • Drive quality improvements across development processes
  • Support application operations, maintenance, testing, and feature enhancements
  • Contribute to an agile environment using Scrum or Kanban methodologies



The Successful Applicant

Must‑have skills:

  • 3+ years of native iOS development using Swift
  • Understanding of modern mobile architecture patterns (MVP, MVVM)
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as SwiftUI
  • Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working in agile development environments
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive team collaboration

Nice to have:

  • Development experience with Node.js or modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)
  • Knowledge of performance tuning for mobile apps
  • Experience collaborating with distributed/remote teams
  • Strong communication and teamwork mindset

Language requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • No Japanese required
