Job Description

  • Define and drive product strategy for a core data and permission management platform
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features
  • Engage stakeholders across multiple departments to align priorities and roadmap
  • Continuously improve product performance and user experience through feedback and iteration

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
  • Strong ability to define and articulate product requirements clearly
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve complex business problems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Business-level English (Japanese is a plus, not mandatory)
