Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end software development projects (planning → delivery → closure)
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders
  • Drive projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure delivery quality
  • Use standard PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Gantt, Kanban)

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years as a Project Manager on software development projects
  • Strong SDLC and Agile project management experience
  • Hands‑on leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Japanese: Business level
  • English: Business level
