HR matters relating to personnel management and social welfare to ensure the personnel targets
You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function such as recruitment, human resource development, and evaluation. In addition, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks such as motivating employees from diverse backgrounds, labor management for organizational development, and compliance with legal requirements.
In this role you will support the HR team in collaboration with other departments.
This role will partner closely with key executives to drive an inclusive and diverse culture and lead the transformation efforts on people practices. This role will develop a strong relationship with partners in talent acquisition, talent development, rewards and drive HR services delivery in Japan to meet business needs.
This newly created role will work in a HR team of 4 to deliver HR services, operational support and project leadership to this company of 40 employees, which is set to grow to over 100+ employees next year! This position is an individual contributing role and will help to plan and execute HR strategies and serve as a first point of contact for employees and line managers across various business units.
