  • Lead implementation projects across regions
  • Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders
  • Manage risks, scope, and budget in collaboration with product teams
  • Create training materials and support documentation
  • Ensure delivery aligns with service processes

理想の人材

  • IT project/program management or business analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Service Now or similar IT SM/IT OM platforms
  • Business-level English and conversational Japanese
  • Experience working with cross-regional teams and Japanese clients
