職務内容
- Develop and manage a distributor network and potential key customer accounts in order to achieve sales objectives and continuously increase market share
- Introduction and promotion of all products to end-users in all potential industrial segments of the market
- Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and key end users and ensure that key market segments and end users are adequately covered and serviced
- Responsible for sales forecasting, identifying market needs and trends in order to fully exploit market potential
- Develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that will contribute to an increase in market share and sales
- Prepare report and present to management, leadership team
- Contribute to the organisational growth and business strategies in Japan region
理想の人材
- Related work experience sales experience, selling directly to end users, OEM's and through industrial distribution channels
- Proven experience in the field of Fluid Power / Hydraulics / Pneumatic / Mechanical Engineering / Process Engineering / Sanitary market such as Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Project
- Experience of leadership and management
- Communication ability in English and Japanese
