職務内容
- Proactive sales of the whole product portfolio, customer visits to assigned account sites
- Meet sales targets and the objectives for assigned account sites
- Develop business plan/s for assigned account sites
- Manage the relationship with customers
- Selection of prospects within the assigned account sites that are appropriate to products/services and determination of the buying motives of the key decision-makers in customer organization/s. Gathering of appropriate information for selecting the best contacts and decision-makers.
- Identify key decision-makers and understand best approach to communicate with each decision-maker
- Analyze customer needs/develop solution and present product/service in a way that is satisfactory to the customer
- Product & Value presentation and demonstration as well as creation of quotations, negotiation and closing deals with the customer
- Continuous communication with Global Key Account team
- Any other duties required within the role and/or the tasks as assigned from time to time
理想の人材
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Previous sales experience in Industrial B2B market
- Bachelor degree in Business/Engineer/Commerce will be a plus
- Willing to travel to meet customers
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
