国内で長い歴史を持つ安定した大手製造業で、世界規模の商用車ブランドと統合し、170以上の市場で事業展開するグローバル企業です。

財務・会計部門は連結決算や内部統制を担う中核機能であり、現在は経営統合プロジェクトに伴い体制強化を進めています。

Job Description

  • IFRS基準での四半期・年次連結決算プロセスの運営
  • 連結財務諸表・開示資料の作成
  • 各部門・グループ会社からの連結データ収集・確認
  • 連結会計ポリシーの改善・運用
  • 連結数値の分析とレポート作成
  • 外部監査対応
  • 必要に応じて単体決算サポート

The Successful Applicant

  • 経理3〜5年、または監査法人経験3年以上
  • 連結決算または連結関連業務の経験
  • Excel・PowerPointでの資料作成経験
  • 英語：ビジネスレベル（海外チームとの会議あり）
