Our client is one of the leading international telecom service providers in the world.They have wide presence in over 20 countries in the world with over 15,000 employees.They are rapidly expanding the business in Tokyo and they are hiring a high-caliber IT candidate in the well-established technology team.
- Provide L1 and L2 IT support for internal users (face to face/ e-mail/ telephone);
- Handle incidents and service requests and to update internal report;
- Handle PC kitting and deployment, manage data migration and software updates;
- Work with vendor for deployment of pre-packaged software as needed, assist in software releases
- Manage ad hoc projects.
- Over 3 years work experience in Helpdesk or Desktop support;
- Familiar with Windows and MAC OS systems, O365, AD and mobile technologies;
- Fluent in both English and Japanese;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
