Country Manager position - Premium retail brand
-Provide Accurate and Timely Sales Planning & Forecasting processes
-Ensure that customers have positive experiences with brand through the entire commercial process
-Building up profitable & sustainable value-oriented growth through effective and diligent P&L management
-Protect and enhance client and other external relationships which are critical to the success of the organization
-Experience of 15 years or more, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity, ideally in sales & marketing in a lifestyle, sports, outdoor or other relevant product business
-Experience with a foreign company / brand in Japan including international reporting (ideally with a European or U.S. company).
-Solid understanding of consumer product merchandise planning and production, importation, and distribution, including the technology and systems that support it.
-Energetic person, self-motivated and able to direct a 100+ person organization on a day-to-day basis, and to personally and professionally inspire the team on a middle and long-term basis.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
-Result-focused; able to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented, global environment for a rapidly growing company with high quality expectations
