職務内容

  • Help customers and drivers by phone, e-mail and chat
  • Support customers through typing, phone, and computer skills by navigating the internet and website, multiple browsers, e-mail, social media, and instant messenger, or chat tools
  • Complete mandatory training (this schedule will be different from your work schedule upon hiring)
  • Actively problem solve and innovate on behalf of customers
  • Follow detailed verbal and written instructions
  • Opportunity to learn other areas of the business and support specially departments as needed
    • You will deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email).
    • Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.
    • You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.



理想の人材

  • Business level in English and Native Level in Japanese - N1 can be considered
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Relevant experience in contact center, hospitality and travel and or/customer service support
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Amenable to work in Yokohama Minato Mirai

  • Regular Working Hours: 8 hours/day
  • Agent: Shift (9:00-18:00, 11:00-20:00, 13:00-22:00 with 1.5 break in total)
  • Office Workers: 9:00-18:00 with 1 hour break
  • 2 Days Off/Week and Public Holidays
  • Paid Holidays: 10 -20 days/year based on tenure
