Job Description

  • Manage and maximise sales within an assigned geographic territory
  • Develop and implement territory business plan in support of company goals and objectives
  • Develop and manage sales channels for all industrial products in support of territory goals and objectives
  • Train customers and sales channels about new products, application successes, and various support tools
  • Provide specific training for distributors/reps, outside and inside sales, through web casts and site visi
  • Provide market information (competitor activity, and product development opportunities, etc.) to global divisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and maintain sales activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, distributor management
  • Good communication in Japanese, conversational English
  • Willing to travel and work independently
  • Proactive mindset
