Job Description

・WMSの機能理解と、3PL向けの簡単なトレーニング

・システム連携の確認、改善ポイントの共有

・業務プロセスのチェックやインシデント対応のサポート

・システムリリース内容の共有・フォロー

・他部署や3PLとのコミュニケーション・調整業務

The Successful Applicant

・物流またはIT関連の経験があるとスムーズ(いずれかOK)

・システムの仕組みを理解しようとする姿勢

・周囲と協力しながら進めるのが得意な方

・日本語・英語でのコミュニケーションができる方
