・creating and maintaining best practices repository and overseas dissemination(monthly activity)
・coordinate global companied joint meeting(once or twice a year in niigata)
travel itineraries and arrangements,meeting program
・english based company-wide communications(internal,external)
proof-reading and re-writing(translation/interpretation,if capability allow or as it develops)-help
for all kameda departments as required,
for example,ashinami digest etc,(ashinami=kameda in-house newsletter)
・dissemination and ensuring of governance principles
(initial,and after that as required)
・coordination of global integration projects,such as ERP implementation etc,
(accounts,purchasing etc),production kaizen etc,
・other proof-reading and rewriting
・other ad hoc tasks(as assigned)-such as M&A candidate partner search etc,
domestic kameda oriented activity(examples)
・reduce uncertainty of overseas living
・enhance attractiveness of global markets
coordinate or give talks,especially in niigata(monthly)on overseas topics
1,ingrained understanding of overseas culuture.basically speaking,any nationality is okay.
there is variety of overseas culture;but given that kameda's main overseas market is oredominantly USA,American citizen might be efficient to target(from diversity perspective,woman employee can be an advantage)
UK or Irish upbringing can also be considered.
