米国本社の医療機器製造企業になります。日本法人は1990年代に設立。現在は約50名程度の方が同社に在籍しております。同社は米国にて医師だった方が設立した企業です。より良い商品開発のために、米国に独自の研究施設を構え、日々製品の改良・開発を行っております。日本国内の売上は非常に伸びており、今後も業績拡大が見込まれる企業です。

職務内容

Handle day-to-day financial accounting transactions
(i.e. account reconciliation, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc)
Ensure timely bank payments and reconciliation for monthly closing.
Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.
Assist the Finance team and support budgeting and forecasting and with financial data and analysis.
Liaison with auditors, tax authorities, banks etc where necessary
Implement accounting internal controls and process improvements
Analyzing reports and suggest findings on the company's financial health and liquidity

理想の人材

Highly desirable for an Accountant to hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business studies, Economics
5years or more years of accounting experience
Experience of Japanese Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (JGAAP), US GAAP.
Good command in excel formulas. (e.g. vlookup, sumif,)
Interpersonal skills to liaise with different departments & members.
Designation is desirable
Self-starter and able to work independently.
Flexible and adaptable mindset to fast paced operation and business environment.
Ability and Flexibility to work in an international environment.
Strong sense of responsibility.
