職務内容
1. Business unit Financial Management, include the Budget planning, Rolling forecast, Business analysis and Risk management; Publish analysis reports regularly, Identify business risks and problems, Provide financial professional advice, and Improve business quality.
2. Project financial management, use the tools such as the estimation, financial analysis to participate the presales management, include identify the financial risk, design the business model to support get the business target.
3. Customer and Marketing Insight. Pay attention to the business situation of the industry and competitors, collecting the listed companies' financial reports and industry survey reports, and release analysis reports routinely.
4. Internal control management, can use the internal control tools such as CT/SACA/PR/risk control probes identify the IC or ICFR risk to improve the internal control maturity.

Required Skills/Knowledge ＆ Experiences
1. With work experience in positions related to financial management and risk and internal control management, and understand business management of related financial domains.
2. Clear logical thinking, good understanding, and strong communication skills.
3. Strong learning ability, proactive, and willing to learn professional knowledge of finance and business domains.
4. Be very proficient in Office software.
5. Bachelor's or graduate's degree in finance or related major, experience in financial management is preferred.
