Job Description

Timely reporting to department head
Hearing needs from department head
Human Resources Consultation
Interview with employees
A set of practical processes from leave of absence to reinstatement
Transfers and organizational adjustments
Deployment and completion follow-up of mandatory training
Compliance with labor laws (attendance management, duty of care for safety)
Responding to retirement consultations and arranging for subsequent process
Organizational improvement through implementation of exit interviews and result reports
etc

The Successful Applicant

HR-Labor work experience 3 years or more
Those who have an understanding of laws and regulations such as the Labor Standards Law
Business experience using English
Those who can get involved and promote business
Those who can deal flexibly

+Global HRBP for 3 or more years

+Project manager for 3 or more years
