It is a European luxury fashion house. It was founded in 1924. Originally focusing on uniforms, it was the supplier for Armed Forces. After that,it started to turn its focus from uniforms into men's suits. Now the brand develops suits, fashion and fragrances.
-Data entry into HRIS & payroll software (i.e. new starters, changes to employee details
-Management of the payroll inbox, ensuring queries are directed as required or answered to in a timely manner
-Time keeping system management and administration
-Payroll reporting (leave accruals and leave taken, new starters, leavers etc.)
-Month end and year end administration
-Management of workers compensation claims and workplace injuries and rehabilitation
-Handle other HR duties which are assigned by HR Senior Manager/Head.
-experiences in compensation and benefit
-Ability to work independently, goal-oriented and proactively with strong mind
-Has a passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
-Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT, HR reporting systems and able to present information clearly and accurately
