Job Description

  • 新入社員向けオンボーディング研修の企画・運営
  • グローバル共通のトレーニングプログラムの実施・調整
  • 社内研修の企画・ファシリテーション
  • English Trainer（外国籍スタッフ）のマネジメント
  • 本社（海外）からの英語資料の理解・活用 etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • L&D、人材開発、企業研修領域での実務経験をお持ちの方
  • 組織文化づくりやエンゲージメント醸成に関心がある方
  • 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）
  • 自立的に企画・推進できるプロアクティブな姿勢
