Job Description

  • 事業部門の財務パートナーとして、戦略的意思決定を支援
  • 予算策定・フォーキャスト・差異分析
  • 財務モデル構築・シナリオ分析・改善提案
  • クロスファンクショナルチームとの連携（営業・オペレーション・サプライチェーン）
  • プロセス改善・自動化推進

The Successful Applicant

  • FP&Aまたはビジネスパートナー経験数年以上
  • 高度なExcelスキル（モデリング含む）
  • ERP（SAP、Oracle）経験
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
  • MBAやCPA資格歓迎
