Taking this positions, YOU WILL BE...
- managing day to day business operations, as well as improving and supporting team's operations performance.
- communicating/ interacting with local and global marketing teams, building relationships and potential opportunities.
- Implementing new strategies, plans and procedures to improve operations management and business itself.
- working with data, analyse and document manuals when required.
- having an opportunity to be a leader to manage and take ownership of a team and its performance.
The Successful Applicant
To take this position, YOU MUST...
- Be FLUENT in English and Japanese, to be able to communicate and do presentations.
- Have experience in Financial Services Industry or FinTech. (If you are big fan of crypto, NFT or block-chain...It's a huge plus!)
- Have a good knowledge of accounting, operational procedures and systems.
- Be passionate about Self-Growth, but at the same time willing to help and work with a team as a Leader.
- Have open minded thinking and problem solving thinking.
